I am a licensed esthetician, do you have special prices for professionals?
Absolutely! Setting up a professional account with Saian is easy. Please and fill out the form under apply for wholesale pricing along with a photo of your license, diploma or certificate. Once your credentials have been verified, we will get get back to you with a wholesale price list and change your status in the online system to “professional”. Once your account has been set-up, you will be able to see wholesale prices, place orders online, and watch informative videos of our signature professional treatments. We don't have a minimum order, and setting up an account is free and easy.
I’d like to learn more about Saian skincare, are there videos available online?

How do I sanitize the facial devices?
The devices are all coated with titanium, which is a germ-deflecting surface, and the gold-plated needles in the GEM pro machine are very soft with rounded endings, so they don't pierce the skin. All you need to clean them is sani-wipes or cabi-wipes.
Are there contraindications associated with any of the devices, and what are they?
Pregnancy, pacemaker, large metallic implants, and epilepsy are contraindications for all of our devices. In addition to this, do not use the devices on the thyroid area or directly on the auxiliary lymph nodes. Saian’s device warranty does not cover any malfunction or damage that may be caused by the use of other products besides Saian Skincare. To avoid sustaining damage to your skin, and your device, only use it with the suggested products.
Can I order from Saian USA?
If you are in Canada and your order is shipping within Canada, you will be required to order from Saian Canada. In an effort to eliminate international taxes, fees and currency exchange costs to our Canadian customers, Saian Canada is not always able to offer the same promotions as Saian USA. Promotions and offers do not apply to both Saian USA and Canada unless advertised.
What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at sales@saian.ca to start the return process, and you will be notified of the shipping address for the return. Please package the item safely, if it's a device, please include all the parts along with the manual. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after receiving and inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note: this process may take a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Please note: the shipping costs are nonrefundable, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.Open box products are final sale, and do not qualify for any warranty or refunds.
